Zeelox is a multi-vendor fashion marketplace that connects buyers with independent fashion brands, retailers, and material suppliers. We facilitate transactions but do not own or manufacture the products sold on our platform.

3. Account Registration

To make purchases, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Paystack. We accept:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Bank transfers
• Other methods supported by Paystack

All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated. Payment is collected at checkout and held securely until delivery confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Estimated delivery times:

• Lagos: 1-2 business days
• Major cities: 3-5 business days
• Remote areas: 5-7 business days

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and delivery location. You will see the exact fee at checkout before payment.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy:

• Return Window: 7 days from delivery date
• Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached
• Process: Contact the vendor through your order page to initiate a return
• Refund Timeline: 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

7. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors on Zeelox are independent sellers responsible for:

• Accurate product descriptions and images
• Product quality and authenticity
• Timely order fulfillment and shipping
• Handling returns and customer inquiries

Zeelox facilitates the transaction and provides buyer protection but is not responsible for issues arising from vendor actions.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with the platform's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Engage in fraudulent transactions

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Zeelox, including logos, designs, text, and graphics, is owned by Zeelox or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Zeelox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or products purchased through it.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with a vendor, please first attempt to resolve it directly. If unsuccessful, you may contact Zeelox support for mediation. Any legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Zeelox after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
